All orders are shipped via Canada Post or Chit Chats.

Please note that we can only provide ESTIMATED delivery dates, as provided by Canada Post or Chit Chats and cannot guarantee delivery on Canada Post or Chit Chats' estimated date. Ruffled Rose Veils assumes no liability for weather delays, customs delays, lost packages and any other delivery issues once your package has left our shop.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipments are shipped according to the shipping method you choose at checkout. If you would like to add a signature to your package ($2 extra), please send us a message prior to placing your order.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipments are shipped according to the shipping method you choose at checkout. 

 

CUSTOMS FEES, TARIFFS, and any other government fees are the buyer's responsibility to pay. Please check with your countries policies in regards to taxes and duties.

Processing Time:
 

2 to 4 business days from when your order is placed.

If you require your veil ASAP, please add the "RUSH MY ORDER" listing to your cart. This will bump your order to the front of our production line. Please keep in mind, this will not speed up shipping. Select Express Post at checkout for 2-3 business day shipping.

Standard ground shipping via Canada Post is available within Canada, U.S.A, Australia, United Kingdom, France, and Russia.

FREE shipping on orders over $150 excluding taxes.

Returns & Replacements:

We encourage you to choose your veil carefully prior to placing your order. We highly recommend ordering our swatches to ensure our tulle matches your dress perfectly.
 

Our products are handmade in Canada with the utmost care. We stand behind the quality of our work and products. We want all our brides to be satisfied with their purchase, so please contact us in a timely manner if there is a problem with your order. 

Wrong Product or Damaged Product:

In the unlikely event you received the wrong product, contact us immediately upon receiving and we will replace the product. Returned products must be unworn.
