What color of veil should I buy?

We encourage you to choose your veil carefully prior to placing your order. We highly recommend ordering our swatches to ensure our tulle matches your dress perfectly.

When should I place my order?

To allow enough time for production and shipping, we recommend you place your order at least 1 month before your wedding or event. If you're concerned about the production and shipping time, please contact us.

Can I pickup my order instead of having it shipped?

Absolutely! We are located in Ottawa near Bayshore mall. Once you've placed your order and selected "pick up", we will email you once your order is ready with all the details.

Will I be charged duties and/or taxes?

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, and/or duties associated with shipping and purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations.

What if my order is delayed by customs?

Unfortunately, once we ship your purchase from the shop we have no control over the transit timeline. Delays at customs are rare but occasionally happen. We recommend you place your order at least 1 month before your wedding or event.

Still have questions?

Send us a message and we'd be happy to help!

Can I track my order?

Of course! Once your order is marked as shipped, a tracking number will be provided in the email.

What is a single tier veil?

A single tier veil is the most popular choice of wedding veil, made from one layer of tulle. It is a perfect choice if you want a veil with a lighter look or if you're not planning to wear a blusher veil over your face for the ceremony. This veil comes in different lengths and edging (raw/cut edge, lace, satin, cording, etc) and embellishments.

What is a two tier veil?

Two tier veils (double tiered veils) have two layers, a back tier and a top tier, known as the blusher. A blusher is the top layer worn over the face during the wedding ceremony. It is usually 26-28" long but we can custom length the blusher upon request (i.e. for brides who'd like extra long blusher that will also cover the hand bouquet). Blushers can be worn over the face, as is tradition but they can also be worn pulled back on the back of the head as you walk down the aisle. This veil comes in different lengths and edging (raw/cut edge, lace, satin, cording, etc) and embellishments.

What is a blusher veil?

A blusher is a short veil or the top tier of a multi layered veil that covers just the bride's face as she walks down the aisle. A blusher can be a separate piece that can be removed after the ceremony. Our standard blusher length is 26-28" long but we can customize the length upon request (i.e. extra long blusher (1m long) that will also cover the hand bouquet). Blushers can be worn over the face, as is tradition but they can also be worn pulled back on the back of the head as you walk down the aisle.

What is a drop veil?

A drop veil is a piece of shaped tulle, traditionally worn draped gracefully over your head, secured flat with a hat pin. When the front section (blusher) is pulled over/placed on the back of the head, a drop veil becomes a two tier veil. It is similar to a standard two tier veil but without the gathers or puffiness on the comb. The blusher on the drop veil can be worn over the face, as is tradition but they can also be worn pulled back on the back of the head as you walk down the aisle.

Will your ivory tulle match my dress?

98% of brides think they need ivory when they actually need light ivory. If you're uncertain of color, please send us a message with a photo of your dress and we will help choose the right color.
