What is your return policy?


Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We encourage you to choose your veil carefully prior to placing your order. We highly recommend ordering our swatches to ensure our tulle matches your dress perfectly.
Our products are handmade in Canada with the utmost care. We stand behind the quality of our work and products. We want all our brides to be satisfied with their purchase, so please contact us in a timely manner if there is a problem with your order. ❤




What is your current production time?


Our current production time is ONLY 2-4 business days!!

If you require your veil ASAP, please add the "RUSH MY ORDER" listing to your cart. This will bump your order to the front of our production line. Please keep in mind, this will not speed up shipping. Select Xpress Post at checkout for 2-3 business day shipping.




What color of veil should I buy?


We encourage you to choose your veil carefully prior to placing your order. We highly recommend ordering our swatches to ensure our tulle matches your dress perfectly.




When should I place my order?


To allow enough time for production and shipping, we recommend you place your order at least 2 months before your wedding or event.




Can I pickup my order instead of having it shipped?


Absolutely! We are located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Please contact us to get the details!




Will I be charged duties and/or taxes?


International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, and/or duties associated with shipping and purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations.




What if my order is delayed by customs?


Unfortunately, once we ship your purchase from the shop we have no control over the transit timeline. Delays at customs are rare but occasionally happen. We recommend you place your order at least 2 months before your wedding or event.
